SERVICES
Licensing
We offer a number of services for companies responsible for selling alcohol at events. This is one of the most highly regulated areas for those putting on events with bars.
The Licensing support we offer comes in a number of ways and are as follows:
- On bar or on site licensing briefings to bar staff
- On-site support for the Designated Premises Supervisors (DPS) post staff briefings which includes checking refusal logs, due diligence signage and liaising with the Responsible Authorities conducting Test Purchase operations. We have the highest Test Purchase pass rate for a company offering these services!
- A full range of accredited Licensing qualifications
- Assistance with Premises Licenses applications and variations
- Provision of a full range of due diligence signage which includes Challenge 21 or 25 lanyards
Qualifications
As well as on-site support we offer a wide range of accredited qualifications covering licensing, safety and management development.
Highfield accredited Licensing including the Award for Underage Sales Prevention, all levels of Health & Safety, Food Safety, First Aid and Security qualifications.
Bii accredited Licensing qualifications such as Award for Personal Licence Holders, Award for Beer & Cellar Quality, Award for Licensing Practitioners, Award for Assessment of Licensed Premises, the Award for Responsible Alcohol Retailing and the Award for Music Promoters.
Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) Management development qualifications running from level 2 to level 5 qualifications
Wine & Spirits Educational Trust (WSET) accredited level 1,2 and 3 qualifications
Crowd Management Planning and Evacuation & Invacuation accredited by Napier University
all the above qualifications are available accredited or non accredited
